Bio Forest is a Lincolnshire-based business focused on bioactive environments, tropical plants, clean-up crew, captive-bred invertebrates, vivarium supplies and animal education.
We created Bio Forest because animal enclosures should be more than somewhere an animal simply lives. A well-designed environment should support natural behaviour, provide enrichment and make responsible care easier for the keeper.
What we do

Why we do it
Too many enclosures are designed mainly for convenience or appearance, without enough thought given to enrichment, natural behaviour or long-term welfare. Bio Forest was created to offer a more thoughtful approach.
We believe keepers should have honest advice before buying, suitable products rather than unnecessary products, clear care information, natural enrichment, responsible sourcing, affordable routes into bioactive keeping and support after the sale.

We explain care in straightforward language so new keepers and experienced hobbyists can make informed decisions.
Responsible stock
We focus on healthy stock, captive breeding where appropriate and suitable homes for the animals and invertebrates we supply.
Living environments
We design bioactive systems as complete ecosystems, considering drainage, substrate, plants, lighting, humidity, clean-up crew and the needs of the intended species.
Education
We want people to understand the animals, plants and ecosystems they care for—not simply purchase them.
Private animal premises
The Bio Forest animal premises are strictly closed to the public. No customer visits, collections, appointments or returns take place on site, and the address is not disclosed. This protects the animals, stock, equipment and people working with them.
