Livestock and live invertebrates

There are no change-of-mind returns or refunds for livestock or live invertebrates. Death, injury or poor-condition claims must be reported within 48 hours of recorded delivery.

Claims must include the order number, clear photos or video of the animal, its transport container, the internal and external packaging, and the delivery label. The animal and packaging must be retained while the claim is reviewed.

Claims made after 48 hours are not normally accepted because care and environmental conditions after delivery cannot be verified. This does not remove statutory consumer rights.

Livefood

There are no change-of-mind returns or refunds for livefood. Problems must be reported promptly with the order number and clear photos of the livefood, container, internal and external packaging, and delivery label.

Premises

No returns, visits or collections take place at the animal premises. The address is not disclosed.
