Schools, Venues and Events
Bio Forest will provide welfare-led reptile, amphibian and invertebrate experiences for schools, educational settings, community groups, private parties, care settings, venues and public events.
Our sessions will give guests the opportunity to learn about a range of animals, including their habitats, behaviour, adaptations, diets and care requirements. Experiences may include educational talks, animal demonstrations and supervised interaction where appropriate.
Each visit will be arranged directly with the organiser and tailored to suit the age group, audience size, venue and type of event. Animal welfare will remain our highest priority, and the animals attending each session will be selected according to the environment, weather, travel conditions and length of the booking.
All experiences will take place at the customer’s school, venue or event location. Bio Forest’s private animal premises are strictly closed to the public, with no visits, collections or on-site experiences available.
Safety and Professional Standards
Bio Forest is fully insured, and relevant team members hold current DBS checks.
Every session will be carefully planned and risk assessed, with animal welfare, public safety and responsible handling at the centre of everything we do.
Copies of relevant insurance and DBS information can be provided to schools, venues and event organisers as part of the booking process.
Any required animal activity licence will be in place before bookings open and experiences begin.
