Natural Variation
Livefood can vary in size, activity and appearance. Pack counts and weights may be approximate where normal movement, moulting and natural loss make exact counting impractical.
Delivery and Storage
Bring livefood inside promptly and follow the storage instructions for the product. Extreme heat, cold, poor ventilation or unsuitable storage after delivery may reduce survival.
Problems on Arrival
Report substantial loss or a serious condition problem immediately. Include your order number and clear photographs of the outer box, label, internal packaging and the livefood as received.
Claims first reported more than two days after delivery will not be accepted as an arrival-condition claim.
Change of Mind and Returns
Livefood cannot be returned because the customer changes their mind. Do not post livefood back to Bio Forest unless written instructions are provided.
Responsible Use
Customers should feed appropriately sized livefood, remove uneaten feeders where necessary and follow species-specific husbandry guidance. Product descriptions are retail feeding information and do not promise suitability for breeding or culturing feeder colonies.
